We take great care to ensure that all the products and services listed on our platform are available, accurate and priced correctly. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Any purchase made on FleetStakes is non-refundable, except in the following cases:
    • The purchase was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment)
    • The purchase was not delivered as described
  • In ANY CASE OF ERROR refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the request has been approved.
  • A refund request must be made within 07 days of the purchase date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once a product device is checked out and the purchase is complete, it cannot be canceled. We are unable to offer refunds once a device has been purchased and shipped.
  • Please note that once a device has been shipped, the order cannot be returned or canceled. This is due to the nature of our business, as we try our best to deliver products to our customers in a timely manner.
  • We understand that circumstances may change, but once an order has been shipped, it becomes difficult for us to reverse the process. Therefore, we kindly request our customers to carefully review the orders before completing the purchase.
